3.5-hour workshop featuring a customized hands-on analytics exercise
Day 2

Tailored tracks in AI
3.5 hours of learning on a chosen topic from a fixed list
AI opportunities scoping
3.5 hours exploring how to identify AI opportunities in an organization
Part II Project
Day 3
Group project kick off online
1 hour session to launch the group projects
Group project made over 4 weeks with weekly online mentoring
Day 3
Project presentation
4-hour session for project presentations, optionally including a jury panel
Project goal
Specify an AI project, from the motivation to solution design (without implementation), understanding the importance of a clear definition of the scope, the high methodology, the team and the expected results before project kick off
The group project is made over 4 weeks, asynchronously with the support of a LTP mentor that guides the group through the specification process
The deliverable is a charter of the opportunity to be presented at the final session
