Shapers is LTPlabs’ recruitment and talent development program, designed to identify and grow individuals with strong analytical thinking, curiosity, and a desire to create impact through data science and artificial intelligence.

Students in their final year, recent graduates, or early-career professionals from fields such as Engineering, Economics, Management, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Science.

Applications are submitted here, where candidates answer a short set of questions and upload their CV.

We’re looking for students nearing graduation, early-career professionals, and individuals considering a career shift — especially those with some familiarity or hands-on experience in data science, analytics, or problem-solving environments. Whether you’ve taken a few online courses, worked on academic projects, or started exploring the field on your own, Shapers is for people who want to grow fast, make sense of complexity, and help organizations make smarter decisions through data.

Candidates who stand out may be invited to join LTPlabs in roles such as Business Analyst, Data Scientist, or Software Engineer, with tailored development and career growth plans.
